1. Preparation materials: half a yam, 2 pieces of meat 150G pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt, soy sauce and some minced garlic. Wash all the materials for later use.
2. Cut the yam into about 1.5 cm, and cut the pepper, fat meat and lean meat separately.
