Exercise:
1, duck meat in cold water, add onion and ginger, blanch with cooking wine to remove blood bubbles, cut potatoes into large pieces, and cut green peppers, onions and ginger into sections.
2. Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the duck, stir-fry the onion ginger, star anise and fragrant leaves, stir-fry the red oil in the bean paste, stir-fry the soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar;
3. Put a can of beer (excluding duck) to boil. Cover the potatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes until the duck is cooked and the potatoes are soft.
