Ingredients: wax gourd (peeled, peeled, washed and cut into pieces), clam (washed with mud) and chives.

Add 1 tbsp oil to the pot, heat it, and add the chopped wax gourd and stir fry.

Then, add some water to boil until the wax gourd is cooked and soft.

Then, add the washed clams, turn over and cook until the clams are open.

Then, add 0.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add 1 tbsp salt.

Season and mix well.

Finally, add chives and serve.
