Step 1: Make starch paste.

I chose 500 grams of pea starch.

Pour pea starch into a basin, add 500 grams of water, stir while pouring, and stir into starch paste.

Boil water from the pot and pour in 2500 grams of water. The ratio of starch to water is 1 6,500 grams of starch to 3,000 grams of clean water. After the water in the pot is boiled, turn the heat down. Before pouring, stir the starch paste evenly and pour it into the pot.

Note: stir while pouring, so that the starch paste is heated evenly and has the same consistency.

The starch paste will become thick quickly, so we pour it into the basin. Shake the basin and let the starch paste flatten freely. After the temperature drops to normal temperature, put it in the refrigerator for one night.

Step 2: finished product.

The next day, after more than ten hours of cold storage, bean jelly has been formed very firmly. Let's turn the basin upside down and pour out the jelly.

I bought a jelly spinner online. We scrape the bean jelly into strips, put it in a bowl, and add a little shredded cucumber to make the bean jelly more detached.

Prepare a small bowl, pour in two spoonfuls of garlic paste, add one spoonful of sesame paste, a little mustard oil and a proper amount of balsamic vinegar.
