Ingredients: dumpling skin 200g, pork 150g, salt 3g, lotus root proper amount, shrimp 250g, sugar proper amount, white pepper 1/4 spoon, chicken essence 1 spoon, sesame oil 1 spoon, and raw flour 1 spoon.
1. Wash shrimps, add salt and knead them into slurry, and reserve two thirds for later use.
2. Chop one third of the shrimp into mud and add it to the meat stuffing.
3. Stir the lotus root, shrimp and minced meat together, because the minced meat bought in the supermarket is too thick, so I put them on the chopping block together and chop them up when I come back.
4. Add sugar, chicken essence, pepper and corn flour to the stuffing and grab it evenly by hand.
5. Freeze the wrapped wonton and steamed dumplings in the refrigerator. When you want to eat in the morning, wonton is ready and steamed for sale.
