1. Defendant Yao Jiaxin was convicted of intentional homicide, sentenced to death and deprived of political rights for life;

2. Defendant Yao Jiaxin compensated plaintiffs Wang Siyu, Wang Hui, Zhang Pingxuan and Liu Xiaoxian for economic losses of 15 146 yuan 50, funeral expenses of 30,352 yuan, and dependent Wang Siyu's living expenses of 30,352 yuan, totaling 45,498 yuan 50 cents (of which15,000 yuan has been paid), and the payment period is judgment.
