1. Add shredded ginger, soy sauce, auxiliary oil and starch into minced meat, stir well and marinate for a while.
2. Mix the sauce: soy sauce+starch+water, and stir well.
3. Pour the oil in a hot pot, add minced meat and stir fry for later use.
4. Take another pot, add the beans and stir-fry until it is broken.
5. Add minced meat and stir well.
6. Pour in the sauce and cook until the soup thickens.
