How to do the LED flash box?
(1) Light box material:

Outer frame: aluminum alloy profiles are generally used.

Light source: light emitting diode (LED).

Panel: Lu plastic board.

Bracket: Generally, wooden strips or aluminum alloy brackets are used.

Controllers: 1 road, 2-road, 5-road, 13, etc. The function of the controller is to change the 220V alternating current.

Into 220 volts DC. In addition, the circuit function of the control itself can realize various changes).

(2) Common tools for light boxes: electric drill (4.9mm drill is recommended), soldering iron, small pliers, glue gun and plexiglass glue.

Needle-nosed pliers, soldering iron, multimeter, wallpaper knife, hook knife, steel ruler, small scissors, small hammer, plastic welding, etc.

Production steps:

(1) Make the required words (usually machine pasted) or patterns on the board.

(2) Use a hand drill or engraving machine to make a hole with the same size as the LED diode.

(3) The LED lights in each word or pattern are connected in series (the long leg of the diode is positive and the short leg is negative, and the long and short legs are screwed together, that is, the positive and negative legs are screwed together, and it is best to weld them together with a soldering iron. I.e. they are in series). Generally, a group is connected in series (the red color does not exceed 1 15,

Blue does not exceed 73, green does not exceed 80), and the relationship between the increased resistance and the number of LED lamps is shown in the following figure:

(4) Word-to-word or pattern-to-pattern are generally parallel.

(5) After all LED lights are connected, use a glue gun to fix the seal. To prevent falling off and water ingress. Please note that all two pins of the LED must not be short-circuited.

(6) Connect different wires of the controller as required to display different flashing effects.

The following is the production process.

The first step is material selection:

Use 2.5 mm or 3 mm aluminum-plastic plate as the plate. Can only do 2.5 mm

Small double-sided light box. Then cut the aluminum-plastic board to the size you want. Generally, it is enough to add a ruler with a utility knife.

Tear off the protective film after cutting.

The second step is to paste words:

Use the engraving machine to engrave the self-adhesive words you want. The color of the label depends on the LED you use.

The color of the lamp.

The third step is drilling:

Punch holes in the words you paste. The lamp distance is 1.5 cm. If you are running, you'd better have a larger distance between the lights. Generally, we will run 2 cm or 2.5 cm, which will make the lanterns look much better. Running lights must be wired. This will make the drilled eye more straight. We will turn on the light immediately after drilling, but for the convenience of our production, we usually draw a circuit diagram on the back first, drawing the positive and negative poles, which can save some time and make wiring more convenient. Look at the final wiring diagram without wiring.

The fourth step is to install the lamp:

When you install the lamp, you should plan it first. For example, the stroke of your word should be connected with that stroke. It won't be so troublesome to connect.

Series connection: press+-,+-,...+-,+-? Series welding produces a positive electrode (labeled A+) and a negative electrode (labeled K-). The connection of lamp feet needs soldering, or they can be screwed together before soldering. Remember: it must be welded. Because the legs of LED are plated with iron and silver, once the current passes, it will rust quickly, which will cause hidden dangers to the light box and bring a lot of trouble after sale. There are many conjoined lights now, which can save a lot of time and improve production efficiency, but there are only 20 lights in each row, so welding is inevitable.

Insert the indicator lights into the holes one by one. (Note: The positive and negative poles should be connected end to end, and tightened by hand, without looseness, or welded with an electric soldering iron below 40W. You must string all the small pieces together. But the total can't exceed the limit. If the limit is exceeded. It can be divided into two or three groups, and then we need series resistors.

Note: Because the resistor will heat up! So we usually use yellow wax pipes to trap! Achieve thermal insulation! ? If you want to achieve good results, I suggest you use 5W cement resistor, which will reduce the heat generation and the failure rate. In addition, we suggest that you connect the resistors of a group of lamps to the negative electrode, which saves points quickly and connects the positive electrodes to the same line of the controller.

The fifth step is to install the lamp:

Please refer to the figure in the document for the specific connection method.

Connect the power supply every six steps:

Turn on the power and turn on the light! What we should pay attention to here is to check whether there will be a short circuit inside! Is there any contact with the aluminum-plastic plate, because the back of the aluminum-plastic plate is conductive.
