Curry Bread
Steps
1. Cut 2 slices of thick toast and set aside.
2. Use the rolling pin to roll it back and forth several times to make the soft toast firm.
3. Place the instant curry in the middle of the toast, and brush a small amount of water on the edge of the toast. It is best to choose a curry with more sauce and less ingredients. Don’t pack too much curry, otherwise the curry sauce will overflow. Apply water on the edge to seal the toast, and it will not be easy to leak the filling when frying.
4. Fold the bread slices in half, use chopsticks to compact the edges, turn over and continue compacting.
5. Finally, use your fingers to carefully compact it until it is fully bonded.
6. Beat 2 eggs into egg liquid and dip both sides of the toast into the egg liquid.
7. Coat with bread crumbs and set aside.
8. Pour half a knuckle of oil into the pot, wait until the oil temperature rises to about 180 degrees, then deep-fry until both sides are golden brown.
