Methods/steps
First, wash the elbow you bought.
Use a knife to separate the flesh, skin and bones of the elbow.
Boil pigskin alone in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Boiled pigskin will shrink and its color will change, so that we can easily find pig hair. Just pull it out one by one with tweezers.
