How to Install Magnetic Lock Correctly
1. Pry open the rear cover plate with a screwdriver first, and then replace it with a hexagon wrench to play the side plate, so as to prepare for installation in advance;
2. Take out and install the cardboard, stretch the cardboard diagonally, put the cardboard in the position that needs to be locked, then mark the area that must be opened and open the hole;
3, the actual installation process:
(1) After the iron plate is fixed, insert the socket head cap screw into the iron plate, place the plastic tile between the two metal tile pieces, and then place it on the socket head cap screw. Insert the relay iron plate into the three holes punched in the door, insert the mushroom head from the other side of the door at the same time, and lock the relay iron plate by the door with a hexagon wrench.
(2) Fixing the side panel: Fix the side panel on the previously opened door cover with two semicircular head screws (fixed in the elongated holes of the side panel). There is no need to tighten the side plate, so that it can move back and forth, left and right, which is convenient for adjusting the installation position.
(3) Adjust the position of the side plate to make the position of the side plate coincide with that of the relay iron plate, and make the lock body closely contact with the relay iron plate.
(4) After the fixed lock body is fixed with the semicircular head screws of the side plate, lock all countersunk head screws, then remove the semicircular head screws, and punch holes in appropriate places to facilitate wiring. Finally, lock the lock body on the side plate with a hexagon wrench.
4. Connect the wiring according to the instructions on the label;
5. Cover the cover plate and insert the small aluminum cylinder into the screw hole of the lock body.
What are the installation methods of electromagnetic lock?
