Boiled okra
Ingredients: okra, millet pepper and minced garlic.
Exercise:
1. Wash the okra, boil the water, add a little oil and salt to the water, then pour the okra into the water for three minutes, and remove the supercooled water.
After cold water, remove the head and tail of the okra, cut it in half, and put it on a plate for later use.
Sauce: Put half a spoonful of chicken powder+a little salt+three spoonfuls of steamed fish soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+half a spoonful of sesame oil+half a bowl of water into a bowl and stir well for later use.

Eggplant salad
Ingredients: eggplant, minced garlic, millet pepper and chopped green onion.

Boiled cabbage
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, minced garlic
Exercise:
1.? Boil water in a pot, add a little oil and salt, pour in cabbage, blanch for three minutes, remove and drain.
2. Sauce: two spoonfuls of soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+half a spoonful of sugar+half a spoonful of sesame oil+four spoonfuls of water, and stir well for later use.
3. Take hot oil out of the pan, pour in garlic and saute until fragrant, then pour in the prepared juice and turn on the fire.
4. Pour the juice into the cabbage.
Fried lettuce with oyster sauce
Ingredients: lettuce, minced garlic, shredded red pepper (optional)
Exercise:
1. Bring the water to a boil, add a little oil and salt, pour in lettuce, scald for 30 seconds, remove and drain, and put it on a plate for later use.
2. Sauce: two spoonfuls of soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+a little salt+half a bowl of water starch and mix well.
3. Heat oil in the pot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add sauce and turn on the fire.
4 pour the sauce into the lettuce.
Sauté ed cabbage with Chili sauce
Ingredients: baby cabbage, dried Chili, garlic
Exercise:
1. Chop garlic, cut dried peppers into sections, pour hot oil into the pot, and stir-fry garlic and dried peppers.
2. Stir-fry the baby cabbage until soft, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and half a spoonful of chicken powder, and stir well.
Fried hot and sour lotus root
Ingredients: lotus root, pickled pepper, millet pepper, garlic and onion.
Exercise:
1. Lotus root slices are soaked in salt water for three minutes, then washed and drained for later use.
Heat oil from the pan, add pickled pepper, millet pepper and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add lotus root and stir-fry for one minute, add salt and chicken powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
