Every full moon, Hakkas have a grand ceremony, that is, relatives and friends have a baby at home to send ginger wine (see the ceremony of Longnanjiang Restaurant for details). Take a pot of good rice wine with you, as well as baby hat, bib, Chinese-style chest covering and pantyhose to congratulate relatives and friends. After the baby's full moon, the family who gave birth to the baby will make full moon wine to repay relatives and friends. Everyone is making a hullabaloo about, saying auspicious words about the baby, drinking and guessing boxing. The whole enclosure is like a pot of boiled rice wine, emitting a strong intoxicating fragrance. The main foods for lying-in women in the second month are fried eggs and shochu. Stir-fry ginger, add some brown sugar, and cook with rice wine and fried eggs. It's delicious and sweet. After taking a lot of tonics, it's still cold, and it won't get sick for the next month. Rice wine feeds people. After sitting for a month, the little woman was white and fat. She was still very embarrassed when she met the guests, and she always said with self-deprecation: "Strong, strong." The baby is more like a drunk, red face, and protein is fresh and lovely.
During the Spring Festival, Hakka rice wine is mellow, sweet and intoxicating. Hakka men drink in big bowls. Especially during the Spring Festival, from the first day to the fifteenth day, I was so drunk that I seemed to forget the hard work of the year. But don't worry, it's okay. Rice wine doesn't hurt your head. Walking in the clouds and indulging in the warm bed in Shu Tai is also a great enjoyment for Hakkas.
