2. Litchi in Guangxi is produced in Yinzhou, Lingshan, Beiliu, Yulin, Rongxian and Guiping in Guangxi. Its varieties are Guiwei, Lingshan Li Xiang, Glutinous Rice, Xiangshan Jizui Litchi, Beiliu Litchi, March Red, Fraxinus chinensis Litchi, Qinzhou Lihong, Black Leaf Litchi and so on.
3. Different varieties of litchi in Guangxi have different maturity. Feizixiao ripens in early June, Lingshan Li Xiang and Heiyeli ripens in June, and Jizuizi ripens from early June to early July.
4. Early-maturing litchi varieties in Guangxi and other places bloom in February, middle-maturing litchi varieties in March and late-maturing litchi varieties in April, and their flowering period generally lasts about 30 to 40 days.
