Fried lotus root slices
Materials:
400g fresh lotus root, red bell pepper 1 piece, chopped, 3g salt, 3g monosodium glutamate, 2g onion and 3g sesame oil.
Exercise:

Cold lotus root
Materials:
Lotus root 400g, water pear 1 piece, red pepper 1 piece, green pepper 1 piece, a little celery and 4 red dates.
1 tbsp white sesame, 1 cup glutinous rice flour, 1 cup licorice juice, 1 tbsp Chili powder, proper amount of salt and a little vinegar.
Exercise:
