Food Name: Fried Cod
Ingredients: 2 frozen cod.
Accessories: 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 onions, 3 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic (note: a spoonful of 20g).
Practice steps
1. Prepare the ingredients first, cut the shallots into sections, slice the ginger and garlic, and melt the cod fillets at natural temperature for later use.
2. Use kitchen paper to drain the water of the silver cod to avoid splashing oil when frying. Then cut it in the middle of the fish skin with a knife to prevent the fish skin from rolling up when frying. (Follow steps 1 and 2)
3. Hot pot, add butter, add cod slices when butter bubbles, fry for 2 minutes until golden brown, then turn over and fry for 2 minutes, add mixed water of oyster sauce+soy sauce+water, then add onion, ginger and garlic slices, and fry until juice is collected (as shown in Figure 1-4).
4. Delicious fried cod is ready.

This method of frying cod is super simple, but you must pay attention to the heat when frying. If the cod fillets are thick, they need to be fried for a while and then until golden brown.
