The concept of "creative industry" first appeared in the British Creative Industry Path Document from 65438 to 0998. After the British general election 1997, the Labour government came to power, and the newly appointed Prime Minister Blair set up the "Creative Industry Task Force" and personally presided over it, with the intention of vigorously promoting the development of British cultural and creative industries. He believes that Britain's creative industries are very important to economic development, and proposes to prove Britain's strength through "the highly revolutionary, creative and creative power that Britain is proud of" and transform Britain from a "world factory" more than a century ago.
