Stewed dog meat with dried cabbage
1. Brew the dog meat with clear water 10 hour, and then blanch it with boiling water for later use. Soak the dried cabbage in clear water for 3 hours, and then cut it into sections for later use.
2. Add water to the pot, add salt, Shaoxing wine, cardamom, dried pepper, onion and ginger to boil, then stew the dog meat for 2 hours, take it out and cut it into 5 cm square pieces.
3. Add the base oil to the wok, fry the cabbage, add the stewed dog meat soup, add the dog meat for 20 minutes, season with salt and monosodium glutamate, and boil.
