300g of ribs, 200g of potatoes, 20g of ginger 1 0g, 20g of Pixian watercress, 0.5g of pepper, 20ml of vegetable oil, 5ml of cooking wine, 5ml of soy sauce, 2g of rock sugar, 20g of star anise1g, 20g of onion and 350ml of fresh soup or water.
working methods
1. Chop the ribs into pieces about 3 cm for use, and peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces about 3 cm. Pixian watercress is chopped for use.
2. Put the wok in medium heat, add oil and heat it to 60% oil temperature, stir-fry the ribs slightly, stir-fry with Pixian watercress for about 2-3 minutes, then add chopped ginger, pepper, star anise, onion, soy sauce, rock sugar and cooking wine, stir-fry and color, and then add potatoes and fresh soup to boil.
