Water chestnuts can be cooked with longan. The method is as follows:
1. Soak white fungus in cold water.
2. Dry-clean the longan and soak it in cold water.
3. Wash the horseshoes.
4. Pour the soaked dried longan into the rice cooker together with the water used to soak the dried longan.
5. Tear the soaked white fungus into small pieces and put them into the rice cooker.
6. Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker, cover it, and turn on the power.
7. Peel the horseshoes.
8. After 30 minutes, put the water chestnuts cut into pieces into the rice cooker and cook together.
After 9.10 minutes, add rock sugar and continue cooking.
10. Add appropriate amount of water to lotus root powder to make a paste.
11. Pour the lotus root paste into the rice cooker and stir.
12. When the ingredients are cooked and the soup is thick, turn off the power and serve.
