Fried shredded pork with kohlrabi
Ingredients: 250g tenderloin, 300g kohlrabi, salad oil, salt, ginger and oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash, peel and shred kohlrabi.
2. Shred tenderloin, add shredded ginger, oyster sauce and edible oil and marinate for about 10 minute.
3. Heat a little oil in the pot, add the marinated shredded pork and stir fry until the shredded pork turns white.
4. Add shredded kohlrabi, stir-fry over high heat for two minutes, and season with salt.

Fried auricularia auricula
Ingredients: 350g kohlrabi, 75g auricularia, two eggs, proper amount of salt, proper amount of edible oil and proper amount of monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
1. Wash kohlrabi, peel and cut into pieces for later use.
2. Soak wild auricularia auricula with clear water.
3. Beat two eggs into egg liquid and fry them in oil pan for later use.
4. Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry the kohlrabi, add a little soy sauce and stir well, add a little water, add the soaked black fungus, and cover the pot to stew. After the water dries, add scrambled eggs, add salt and fry for about 1 minute.

Cold kohlrabi
Ingredients: 300g of kohlrabi, 300g of coriander, 300g of salt, 300g of white vinegar, 300g of sesame oil and 300g of black sesame.
Exercise:
1. Wash kohlrabi, cut into filaments, wash coriander and cut into small pieces.
2. Put the coriander in the kohlrabi and sprinkle some salt.
3. Pour a little white vinegar and drop a few drops of sesame oil.

Sauté ed kohlrabi
Ingredients: kohlrabi, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, pepper and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash and peel kohlrabi, cut into thick shreds, and drain for later use.
2. Mix soy sauce, sugar, star anise, pepper and pepper into juice, and the amount of addition depends on personal taste. Shredding kohlrabi and soaking for 24 hours. The amount of soy sauce needs to be completely soaked in shredded kohlrabi, without adding salt.

Stewed beef with kohlrabi
Ingredients: beef, kohlrabi, apple, salt, galangal, pepper, onion, ginger, star anise, soy sauce, lard and watercress.
Exercise:
1. Wash beef and cut it into 2cm square pieces; Peel kohlrabi and cut into pieces of the same size.
2. Boil the water in the pot, add the beef, remove the floating foam, then add the onion, ginger, pepper, soy sauce, salt, galangal, star anise and apple, and switch to low heat until the beef is 70% cooked.
3. Cook lard in another pot, stir-fry red oil with watercress, mix in fresh soup and boil, filter off the residue, pour the juice into the beef pot, add kohlrabi and cook until the meat is soft, and the kohlrabi can be eaten when cooked.

Cauliflower sparerib soup
Ingredients: kohlrabi, ribs, onion, ginger, salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash, peel and cut kohlrabi. Wash the onion and cut it into pieces. Peel and slice ginger.
2. Wash and chop the ribs.
3. Add water to the pot, boil, add ribs and ginger, stew until the ribs are almost cooked, add kohlrabi, stew together until cooked, add seasoning, stir well, and finally sprinkle with onions.
