1. Bean selection: Wash with clear water, and pay attention to remove all floating beans (mung beans, soybeans and peas) when washing. These floating beans are immature or have deteriorated, and the germination rate is extremely low.
2. Use a cylinder, or a large plastic box, or other container (the material doesn't matter, it is clean, and the bottom can be drained), and spread a layer of clean sand with a thickness of about 5CM. Spread a layer of washed beans evenly on the sand, not too much, otherwise it will be easily broken. Evenly cover the beans with a layer of clean sand, with a thickness of about 1CM.
3. Water several times a day to keep the humidity, but don't let the water stay.
After a few days, the bean sprouts will arch out. Wash the sand with clean water.
