Method for making lemon fish
The production method of lemon fish is as follows:

Ingredients: tilapia 1, 2 salted lemons, 30g green garlic, appropriate amount of millet hot sauce, Laoganma sauce 1 spoon.

1, prepare the ingredients first, then cut the salted lemon into cubes, cut the green garlic into sections, and mix the starch with water evenly for later use. As shown in the figure below.

2. Second, wash the tilapia. As shown in the figure below.

3. Next, put the oil in a hot pot, put the tilapia in the pot and fry it with low fire until the fish is golden on both sides, then shovel it on the plate. As shown in the figure below.

4. Fire again to drain the oil, add shredded ginger and millet to stir fry until fragrant, then add diced lemon and green garlic to stir fry, add 1 bowl of water, 1 spoon of Laoganma sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine and appropriate amount of salt to stir fry evenly. 5. Then put the fish back, pour the soup and ingredients on the fish noodles with a spoon, cover it, and turn the fire to a small fire. As shown in the figure below.

6. Finally, simmer on low fire for about 5 minutes, then open it, add appropriate amount of water starch, stir fry evenly, and collect the juice on high fire until the soup becomes thick. As shown in the figure below.
