The quality problems of the tensioning pedestal are mainly the overturning and movement of the support frame and the deformation of the cross beam and the positioning plate.
2. Cause analysis
1) The strength or anchoring force of the support frame is insufficient.
2) The cross-section size of the beam that transmits tension is small and the rigidity is not enough.
3) The strength and rigidity of the prestressed tendon positioning plate are not enough.
3. Preventive measures
1) During pier construction, ensure its sufficient anchoring force to prevent overturning or displacement during tensioning.
2) During the construction of the trough-shaped bearing, ensure that it has sufficient strength and rigidity, and ensure that the supporting groove is not deformed during tensioning.
3) The cross-sectional dimensions of the beam and the positioning plate should be reasonable to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity.
