There are few aborigines in Susong, which almost disappeared in the long-term campaign of Zhu Yuanzhang and Chen Youliang at the end of Yuan Dynasty.

Nowadays, almost all Susong people are descendants of people who migrated from Jiangxi during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty.

Susong people always call their cousins when they meet Jiangxi people. Susong people's language is authentic Jiangxi language family, and many living habits are consistent with Jiangxi people.

So Susong people are not called Anqing people.

Susong county information

Located in the southwest of Anhui Province, it is adjacent to Dabie Mountain in the north and Yangtze River in the south.

Susong has a long history.

Song Zihou was founded in the fourth year after Emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty, and was renamed susong county in the eighteenth year of Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, with a history of more than 2,200 years.

Susong is the birthplace of Huangmei Opera, one of the four major local operas in China. The folk opera Wennan Ci is listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.

It is the hometown of China's poems, and emperors, generals and literati have left many well-known poems.

There are three national scenic spots, Xiaogushan and Baiyazhai. Xiaogushan is an island near the Yangtze River, and Baiyazhai is the Great Wall in the south of China. ?

Susong has a superior geographical location. It is located at the junction of Anhui, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces, at the source of the 800-mile Wanjiang River, connecting the east with the west and connecting the south with the north.
