In this recipe, I used mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, crab-flavored mushrooms and Coprinus comatus. Wash the mushrooms and go to old terrier. Slice Tricholoma, Lentinus edodes and Coprinus comatus, and separate the crab mushrooms one by one. Cut ginger into three or four pieces, chives into chopped green onion, and two cloves of garlic into minced garlic.
