Steps of stewed tofu with carrots
1. First, cut the tofu into small pieces with a side length of one to two centimeters and blanch it in hot water. Or add water to a small pot for one minute and then take it out.
2. Dice carrots. Chop red pepper, and mince onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to stir fry until fragrant, pour in diced radish, add half a spoonful of soy sauce, and stir fry a spoonful of bean paste until diced radish is seven-cooked. Add a proper amount of water (because it is stewed tofu, you can add a little more water) and add a spoonful of salt. Pour in tofu and stew for five to eight minutes.
