Food attractions around Yindi Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
Vietnam, rich in food and affordable, is the place I have always wanted to go. It is much more convenient to apply for a visa online in recent years, so I recently arranged a short trip to visit Ho Chi Minh City, the capital of Vietnam.

This time I stayed at the Yindi Hotel in the city center, with good living function and close to the main attractions. There are many delicious foods and scenic spots nearby that are worth recommending.

Visiting local markets and fairs is the best way to experience authentic culture, and you can usually eat a lot of local food, so it is a place I must go every time. There are three must-see markets in Ho Chi Minh City: Box Market, Anton Market and the landmark of Ho Chi Minh City. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from our hotel. It is also the largest market, Bincheng market.

"Bincheng Market" is one of the few buildings left over from Saigon. In addition to cheap cooked food stalls and local food, there are clothes, groceries and handicrafts for sale.

Passing through the narrow street of the market, I casually ordered a bowl of delicious Pho (Vietnamese Niuhe) from a stall. Besides beef, there are plenty of pungent onions and onions in the hot Tang River. Although it is not as beautiful as gorgeous taste and rich in ingredients, the flavor and human touch of food stalls are definitely worth eating. Besides, you can also taste different Vietnamese snacks, such as Vietnamese rice paper rolls with thin skin and lots of stuffing, served with refreshing shrimp, rice flour and fragrant leaves, which are delicious. There are also various flavors of grilled seafood, sugarcane shrimp, seashore, fried lemon with meat and kebabs, all of which can be eaten here.

Leaving the "Bincheng Market", there are also many special foods in the nearby streets. Because of the historical background, I have to eat "mixed" food-"Vietnamese French bag" is another goal of mine. You can also see it in restaurants or stalls in the streets and lanes at will.

I chose a seemingly good roadside stall. The proprietress skillfully spread butter and liver sauce on French bread, and then put some shredded pork, sliced meat, pickled red and white radish, cucumber, coriander, shredded onion and so on. Finally, she added a little soy sauce and Vietnamese spices and handed me the finished product with a big smile on her face.

Not to mention the taste, it is a big French bag with rich fillings. It is very worthwhile to fill your stomach at around 10.80 Hong Kong dollars! Moreover, the taste of this French bread is quite good, which is different from peacetime. Instead of tying meat, it is more evil braised pork slices, and an extra fat smell nourishes the whole French bread. Then, with crisp and sour pickles, coriander and shredded onion, it doesn't feel too greasy.

The hotel is two blocks away from the popular attraction Ho Chi Minh City Museum. The museum records the important life and history of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by French architect Alfred. Magnificent architecture, which combines European Renaissance elements with Asian style, is classical and elegant, and has become a hot spot for local people to take wedding photos.

Further on, there is an important scenic spot-the War Relics Museum, which mainly introduces the heavy history and related exhibits of the US military during the Vietnam War. The exhibition of fighter planes is breathtaking.

There are also many street vendors who help people shine their shoes. If you are interested, you can experience it. However, we should also remind everyone that local street fraud cases are actually very common. If you are not careful, you may get caught. For example, you will be forced to add a "sky-high" insole and a coconut tree, the price is almost 50 to 60 Hong Kong dollars. Therefore, be sure to ask the price before you patronize. As long as you are careful, you can enjoy a happy journey.
