Recipe practice:
1. Add the stock to the soup pot and bring to a boil.
2. Put a proper amount of lard, salt and soy sauce into the bowl, and pour the cooked broth directly into the bowl with seasoning.
3. While cooking the broth, add water to the wok and cook. After boiling, add vegetables and quickly blanch them, and take them out for later use.
4. After blanching the vegetables in hot water, continue to add the noodles, stir while cooking, take them out after boiling for 1 min, and put them directly into the soup bowl.
5. Add vegetables to the noodle soup.
