Composition:
1000 pieces/bean skin, 1.50g fat beef roll, one third of vegetables, konjac knots and ham.
Universal sauce:
Red pepper, green pepper, coriander, garlic, white sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, oil consumption 1 tablespoon, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of Chili noodles, appropriate amount of sugar substitute and 4-5 tablespoons of clear water.
Exercise:
1. Cooked vegetable bean skin konjac knot, cooked beef with cooking wine;
2. Pour in the sauce and stir well.
