1, advanced filtering
Select the data in the Excel table, click Data-Filter Sorting-Advanced Filter, and click OK in the pop-up prompt interface. Then, choose not to repeat the record, and the repeated content will be automatically hidden.
2. Conditional format
After selecting the data in the Excel table, click Start-Adjust Format-Highlight Cell Rules-Duplicate Value, and click OK in the pop-up window. Duplicate data will be automatically marked with color.
3.countif function
Enter the function = countif (a $1:a $11,A 1) in the cell, and then drop down and fill in the formula, and the displayed result is the number of repetitions. The result is 1, which means there is no duplication.
4.if function
If function can also count duplicates. On the basis of COUNTIF function, input IF function = if (countif (a $1:a $11,a1) >; 1, "repeat", ""), drop down to fill in the formula, and the word repeat will be displayed directly behind the data.
