First, practice steps
① Prepare seafood scallops, oysters, cuttlefish larvae, shrimps and sea rabbits. Soak the vermicelli first and arrange the seafood in combination with the vermicelli. ③ Put garlic into a blender and squeeze oil. Add millet, spicy, and two-thirds of minced garlic, and stir-fry until slightly discolored. Add Pixian bean paste, turn off the heat and pour in the remaining garlic. ④ Add seafood soy sauce, four spoonfuls of oyster sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar and one-half of chicken essence. ⑤ Add cooking wine, onion and Jiang Shui.
