The method of nourishing qi and blood soup is as follows:

1. Pumpkin, brown sugar and jujube soup

Method: Peel the skin of the pumpkin, remove the flesh, wash and cut into pieces. Chunks. Put the seedless candied dates, pumpkin, and brown sugar into a pot, add water and simmer over low heat until the pumpkin is cooked.

2. Black fungus and red dates drink

Method: 30 grams of black fungus and 20 red dates. Wash the black fungus and red dates. Remove the pits from the red dates, boil the two flavors with water, remove the residue and take it.

3. Korean ginseng and black-bone chicken soup

Method: 10 grams of Korean ginseng, 6 red dates, 10 grams of round meat, and 15 grams of wolfberry. Except Korean ginseng, soak all the medicines for a while, remove the pits of red dates and wash them; wash and cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, put it in boiling water for a while and then wash it (i.e. "flying water"). Method: 1 old hen, 5 grams each of dangshen, astragalus, atractylodes, poria, angelica, chuanxiong, red peony root and rehmannia root. Slaughter the old hen and wash it; put the Chinese medicine into a gauze bag, put it into the belly of the chicken, cook it over low heat, remove the medicine bag, and season it with food. Take it 3-5 days before menstruation.

5. Angelica, ginger and mutton soup

Method: 500 grams of mutton, 30 grams of angelica and 50 grams of ginger. Wash the mutton with water first and then stir-fry with ginger. Wrap it in gauze and cook the soup with the fried mutton.
