Ingredients: chicken breast
Exercise:
① Slice the chicken breast, marinate it with a little baking soda for 20 minutes and wash it.
(2) A spoonful of cooking wine, a little black pepper and a spoonful of starch.
③ Boil the chicken breast in water, cook it, remove it and drain it.
④ Prepare minced garlic, Chili powder and white sesame seeds in a bowl.
⑤ Sprinkle one spoonful of hot oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of rice vinegar and a little salt.
6. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
