What food can you eat within one month after tips intervention?
At present, for patients, after TIPs, the main focus of prevention and treatment is the attack of hepatic encephalopathy. Recurrent episodes of hepatic encephalopathy do great harm to many patients and seriously threaten their quality of life. I think the main treatment plan at present is to improve the patient's physique through careful nursing, proper nutrition and on the basis of anti-virus, liver protection and symptomatic treatment, so that the albumin level will also be improved to some extent. Of course, while strengthening diet, we should also avoid it.

The treatment of hepatic encephalopathy needs cooperation in many aspects. If patients with hepatic encephalopathy can cooperate with doctors, it is not too difficult to treat hepatic encephalopathy. However, if the patient can't cooperate with the treatment and find out the cause accurately, it will be difficult to treat, and the treatment also needs to pay attention to daily maintenance.

1. Regulating diet: protein in diet can produce harmful substances such as ammonia in the intestine, thus inducing and aggravating hepatic encephalopathy. Plant protein is used instead of animal protein, lactulose and branched-chain amino acids are taken orally, and branched-chain amino acids can be mixed with natural foods for eating.

2. Keep the stool unobstructed: Constipation is one of the causes of hepatic encephalopathy, and keeping the stool unobstructed is also an important measure to treat and prevent hepatic encephalopathy. The best way to keep the stool unobstructed is to use lactulose. Do not use alkaline liquid (such as soapy water) for enema, but use acidic liquid (such as adding vinegar for enema). Because alkaline solution can increase the absorption of ammonia, it may aggravate liver coma.

3. Application of lactulose: lactulose makes the intestine in an acidic environment, which is not conducive to the growth of some ammonia-producing bacteria and reduces the production of ammonia. At the same time, blood ammonia is diffused into the intestine to reduce blood ammonia and achieve the effect of treating hepatic coma. Lactulose retention enema can also achieve good results.

4. Antibacterials: It is also an effective measure to use antibiotics that are not absorbed by the intestine or are rarely absorbed by the intestine to reduce bacteria that produce toxic substances, and to prevent or treat hepatic encephalopathy.

5. Adjust the amino acid spectrum: The aromatic amino acids in the plasma of patients with hepatic encephalopathy increase, while the branched-chain amino acids decrease. A large number of aromatic amino acids can cause hepatic coma. Branched amino acids can give static points.

6. Maintain water and electricity and acid-base balance: pay attention to blood potassium level. Hypokalemia is caused by patients' frequent use of hypertonic glucose infusion, diuretics, hormones and other drugs, as well as ascites and long-term insufficient eating. Hypokalemia is easy to cause hypokalemic alkalosis, thus increasing blood ammonia and inducing hepatic coma.
