Yunnan's Practice of Absorbing Luda University
Brush Weibo saw a local dessert "Paoluda" made by the food network "Little Brother in West Yunnan". Although the ingredients are not as rich as Qingbuliang, only sago, purple rice and fresh shredded coconut, the Burmese bread dried into chunks at the top is really attractive! Finally, put some ice cubes and have a bowl when you don't want to eat in summer. Sweet and fragrant, cold and cold!

"Bruda" was first popular in Myanmar, and was later introduced to Dehong area in western Yunnan. The name "Buluda" is said to be a transliteration of Myanmar dialect, but some people say it is the Chinese pronunciation of local Dai language.

The standard version of "Baoluda" made by Dehong is divided into seven steps. Although I don't know whether the different feeding order will affect the taste under the premise of ensuring the complete ingredients, for the sake of conservatism, I will share it with you according to the production order of Little Brother in Western Yunnan ~

Ingredients: fresh coconut, sago, purple rice, milk, coconut, condensed milk, Burmese bread.

Practice: Step one, pour in coconut milk. Open a mouth for the coconut first (haha, just kidding) and pour about one-fifth of the bowl.

Step two, put sago. Because sago is not cooked very well, it needs to be cooked under constant stirring for 15 minutes to prevent adhesion. When the sago is boiled until there is only a little white stone left in the middle, turn off the fire, cover it and stew until it is completely transparent (about 10 minute), pour in ice water and put a spoonful of coconut juice.

The third step is to put purple rice. The purple rice soaked in advance is steamed in the pot 15 minutes. If you like sweet, add some sugar and mix well. If you don't like it too sweet, don't put it in a bowl. (PS: You can steam it in advance and put it in the refrigerator to taste better. ).

Step four, put coconut. Personally, I think fresh fruit can be used instead, such as mango.

Step five, put condensed milk. This can also be adjusted according to your own sweet tolerance. If you like sweet food, eat a spoonful and mix it with the ingredients in the bowl.

Put in the milk. Fully diluted sweetened condensed milk and added milk flavor. Isn't it coconut juice when blended with the previous coconut juice? I decided to save the trouble of buying coconut milk and go directly to the supermarket to buy a box of coconut milk.

Add coconut meat. The advantage of using fresh coconut is that you can harvest large pieces of coconut meat after drinking coconut juice. At the same time, there is a natural and simple coconut milk method, which is coconut milk+coconut meat+sugar. After the blender is broken and sieved, the coconut milk comes out ~

The eighth step is my favorite Burmese bread. Divide them into suitable sizes according to their own tastes. If you like simple food, divide it into large pieces. If you like to soak it soft, break it into small pieces. Of course, you can fish in the bowl and then break it!

According to the order of 8 steps, a bowl of sweet and delicious "Paoluda" is ready ~ In Dehong area, it is eaten in a bowl, and beverage shops usually look good in a wide-mouthed cup, where sago and purple rice can be clearly seen.

Several authentic online "Paoluda" are basically made in the same way, except that some of them also add sago, shrimp, papaya jelly, ice cream balls and so on. I don't know what I ate in Xishuangbanna that year, but I didn't notice such a distinctive snack. There are many sellers of this kind of dry bread in Thai-Myanmar supermarket, but as blind as a bat, I bought a bunch of Dongyingong soup blocks and green curry. Alas! Beat your chest! !

It is difficult to find fresh coconuts in the north. Coconut milk+milk can be replaced by boxed coconut milk, which is sold in supermarkets. The best drink is the old coconut tree, which is slightly sweet and fragrant ~

Fresh coconut meat can be replaced by roasted coconut slices or shredded coconut. Sell dry bread online. Just search "Myanmar dry bread".

Try this simple and distinctive summer dessert at home! 100% success rate delicious!
