Let me tell you two simple and refreshing dishes.
1, juice melon strips. Peel and seed tender wax gourd, cut it into strips (only slightly thinner than fingers), put it in a container, marinate it with salt, and pour off the water. Wash bitter gourd, cut it open, remove the flesh and tendons, shred it, blanch it in boiling water for a while, take it out and put it in a plate with a little salt and mix well. Put the seasoned shredded chicken on the mixed shredded bitter gourd. Clearing away heat and removing fire is nutritious and can be eaten often in summer.
