There are too many main lines. Personally, I feel that the main line of this film can be made into a 52-episode TV version. Every main line is too hasty and not fully interpreted.
Some characters have been subverted. For example, in the third movie, Uncle A Mu said that he was a Woodenhead, but in the movie version, A Mu was very cheerful, no longer a gardener, but a janitor. Some protagonists' personalities, such as Maggie Xue Mei, are not enough.
It's so interactive that you can really find that feeling only by watching it in the cinema. Who let the audience finally help kill the villain?
I don't quite agree with the dance steps such as literary performances.
