First of all, prepare the ingredients: one kilogram of celery, a small piece of ginger, one end of garlic, one red pepper, a proper amount of salt, and a clean container.
Pickling method of soaked celery: remove the leaves and roots from the prepared celery, leaving its petiole, then wash it with clear water and cut it into sections for later use.
