Growing with Flowers is the name of one of my reflection books. I use this topic because we often compare flowers to students and teachers to gardeners. With the growth of flowers, I have learned a lot, and I have learned enthusiasm and boldness in a rose-like child; I feel a trace of innocence and simplicity in lily-like children. Every growing process seems to be a metamorphosis, confusion and ecstasy after success! When I first became a teacher, I was engaged in the basic education of Zheng Dong. As long as you calm down, concentrate on your research, seriously understand the editor's intention, and then put your own thinking into practice in actual teaching. In fact, these reflections are all practical problems I have encountered in education and teaching, and the core of the problem has become a reflection point. I wrote them down, consulted my colleagues, looked up information, tried them myself and accumulated them bit by bit. I have accumulated a lot of firsts in my life. The first time I attended an open class, I realized my shortcomings. Students are busy posting blog posts and writing comments, which makes me feel much more relaxed.
