Making menu of braised dishes: Braised pork with braised rice ingredients: pork belly 200g, potato 1, onion 1, oil, salt, soy sauce, starch and shallots.
Exercise:
1) Wash the ingredients.
2) Dice potatoes, onions, pork belly and starch.
3) Stir-fry the pork belly and remove the oil.
4) Leave the oil in the pot, saute the onion, add the potatoes and stir fry, and return the pork belly to the pot.
5) Color appropriate amount of soy sauce, pour in rice grains and stir fry with appropriate amount of salt.
6) Pour into the pot, boil less water than usual, and press the cook button.
7) Sprinkle with shallots, and simmer for five minutes after the cooking button jumps.
Making stew menu: Three-sauce stew pot Ingredients: chicken wings 1000g, carrots 200g, potatoes 200g, onions 200g, appropriate amount of oil, ginger slices, oyster sauce 1 cup, cola 1 cup and red wine 1 cup.
Exercise:
1) Prepare the ingredients used.
2) Wash the chicken wings and soak them in clear water for 20 minutes, then soak them in bloodletting water.
3) Cut onions, potatoes and carrots into hob blocks.
4) After draining the water, cut 2 knives on the chicken wings, which is more delicious.
5) Prepare cola, red wine and oyster sauce.
6) Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add the ginger slices, put the chicken wings skin down into the pot, and fry both sides on low heat.
7) Pour in three sauces, add onion, potato and carrot, cover and stew for 10 minute.
Braised vegetable recipe: Braised small yellow croaker in Chiba Ingredients: small yellow croaker 400g, Chiba tofu, ginger, garlic and onion.
Exercise:
1) Wash small yellow croaker with cooking wine and salt 15 minutes;
2) Cut Chiba tofu into small pieces, slice garlic, shred ginger, and chop leek;
