Green pepper rice ingredients: green tomatoes, dried mushrooms, onions, red sweet peppers, green peppers, ham meat and white rice.
Seasoning: curry powder, salad oil.
Practice: soak dried mushrooms in soft dices, and dice green tomatoes and onion ham. Half of the green pepper and red pepper are seeded, half diced and the other half scraped for later use.
