1. Peel potatoes, slice them and steam them in a steamer.
2. Let the potatoes cool for a while, put them in a fresh-keeping bag and press them into mashed potatoes with a rolling pin.
3. Prepare 1 cup of pure milk, about 200ml. Cut bacon and carrots into small pieces. Peas ripen easily when peeled from tender pea pods. If it is an old pea, it should be cooked first.
4. Cut the onion into small pieces, put a little corn oil in the pot, fry it, or use butter to make it more fragrant.
5. Add bacon, carrots and peas and stir fry over low heat.
6. Pour 1 cup of milk into the pot or simmer.
7. Add half a glass of water.
8. Cook until the milk is hot and add mashed potatoes.
9. Stir well with a shovel, turn off the fire after the fire boils, and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
10. Very rich potato soup, delicious.
