Steamed fish brisket
material
500g of dried mandarin fish, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp soybean oil,10g ginger and10g onion.
working methods
1: Shred onion, shredded ginger, and chopped onion.
2. Put the fish on the onion and cook it over high fire for 10 minutes until it is fully cooked.
3: Add shredded ginger to the boiling oil and stir fry gently.
4: Put the ginger on the fish, then add the onion and remove the oil.
5: Add soy sauce and finish.
