Moderately adjust the concentration
Too thin milk may lead to insufficient nutrition intake for infants, so it is important to adjust the concentration appropriately.
Warm water is best.
Mixing with hot water may destroy vitamins in milk, so warm water is the best choice. It is convenient and healthy to boil water for the first time and cool it to 50℃-60℃ before making milk.
Choose ordinary tap water
Be careful when using mineral water. Too many minerals may pose a dehydration threat to your baby, so choose ordinary tap water.
The storage time should not be too long.
The baby can drink the remaining milk, and if it is properly preserved, it can continue to drink within 20-30 minutes. But after this time, you have to think again. If there isn't much left, it doesn't hurt to dump it directly, but if there is more than half left, you have to put it in the refrigerator and heat it with hot water before eating. But remember, it can only be stored for 3-4 hours at most!
Other seasoning methods
If you want to add some flavor to milk, but don't want to add juice, you can try other methods! For example, using rice oil as milk powder can also nourish the stomach! Or steamed egg custard with milk powder. Parents who have time can also try steamed buns or milk noodles.
Take milk as the staple food.
1 year-old children can basically eat like adults, but they still have milk as the staple food, and they can also be accompanied by eggs, beans, meat and other foods. Vegetables can also be added appropriately, but remember to chop them up a little. Fish wonton and fish balls are also good choices!
