How to cook basic white meat in a new way?
Generally, white meat is boiled in water, but my new cooking method is to cook it in porridge.
Specific method -
1. One or two kilograms of fresh pork belly cubes with skin (who says strips of pork are not good? The cubes are more convenient for shaping the finished product), blanch them. Blood foam.
2. Put the blanched meat into the pot, add water and rice, and turn on the heat. Got it? Just put the meat in and cook together when cooking rice porridge, it's that simple.
3. After boiling the pot, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Take out the meat and let it cool. The basic white meat is ready.
——What is the prepared white meat used for?
You can slice it to make garlic white meat, or cut it into pieces to make braised pork. Find another recipe, this is not what I teach.
——And the cooked porridge? That becomes the basic porridge, which can be used to make preserved egg porridge, seafood porridge and other Cantonese-style porridge.
By the way, I recommend the extraordinary porridge I invented -
1. Basic porridge will cause internal heat.
2. Cut an appropriate amount of cooked brine sausage into small pieces (about half a catty) and add it to the porridge, add ginger slices and cook for a few minutes.
3. Add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper and turn off the heat. Add chopped chives, OK, preserved egg porridge is made, drink it.
