Secondly, the tableware for daily use such as eating and eating fruits is made by special technology.

When Cixi eats, there will be someone to try the dishes for her. The chopsticks used for food tasting are all made of pure silver, and the patterns on the chopsticks are quite exquisite. Moreover, Cixi's fruit bowl is quite beautiful, with patterns carved in pure silver outside, glass interlayer inside and pure gold inside. The hollow fruit basket made of these three layers is really beautiful and practical.

I really admire those ancient craftsmen. It is admirable to be able to make such exquisite objects without any advanced technology.

Third, the exhibits in the harem are also quite luxurious.

Cixi really didn't leave anything to eat, drink and be merry. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, she would continue to collect what she liked. Her harem houses many western objects. I specially invited a western painter to paint for her, and asked her personal chef to prepare many dishes for herself on her birthday.

Cixi is really famous for loving herself. She usually has the habit of drinking human milk. She thinks that drinking human milk can keep young forever. I think Cixi's life is the most luxurious and detail-oriented person in the historical harem.
