Radish soup
Ingredients: white radish, onion, ginger slices, soil fish meal, pepper, salt.
Practice: 1, white radish peeled, washed and sliced, onion washed and cut into sections. 2. After the water is boiled, add the ground fish meal and ginger slices, then add the white radish and cook for 15 minutes. 3. Add onions, add some salt to taste, and sprinkle some pepper before serving.
Mushroom, tomato and radish soup
Ingredients: tomato, white radish, dried mushrooms, salt, white pepper and sesame oil.
Practice: 1, white radish peeled, washed and cut into hob blocks with a size of about 3cm. Wash the dried mushrooms with water to clean the floating soil on the surface, without soaking. Wash tomatoes and cut them into pieces the same size as white radish. 2. Heat the soup pot with high fire and pour in the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in 2/3 tomatoes and stir-fry the soup, then pour in boiling water to boil. 3. Add dried mushrooms and white radish together, change to medium heat, cover the pot and cook for about 20 minutes. 4. Open the lid, add the remaining 1/3 pieces of tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes over high heat, add salt, white pepper and sesame oil and mix well.
