Fried cucumber
Ingredients: cucumber, lean pork, vegetable oil, light soy sauce, soybean paste, chicken essence, sesame oil, onion, ginger, tapioca starch
Method :
1. Wash the cucumber, cut into 1 cm thick dices, marinate with a small amount of salt for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water; cut the lean pork into dices of the same size and set aside.
2. Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the meat cubes and fry until it loses color. Add green onions, minced ginger, soybean paste, and light soy sauce and fry to bring out the sauce flavor.
3. Add diced cucumber and stir-fry, add chicken essence, thicken with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, remove from the pan and place on a plate for decoration. Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Vegetables and fruits: 450g of pork ribs, appropriate amount of white rice vinegar, 30ml of white sugar, 20g of tomato pulp, 30ml of ginger slices, 3 slices of garlic, 2 cloves of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 15ml of cornstarch, 3 teaspoons of cornstarch

1. Rinse the blood from the ribs, cut into pieces and dry, marinate with salt, light soy sauce, ginger, garlic and cornstarch for more than 1 hour
2 . Dip the ribs into a layer of cornstarch before putting them in the pan. Shake off the excess cornstarch before adding them into the pan.
3. Add some oil to a small pot, cook until hot, and remove the cornstarch-coated ribs. Put it in and fry on high heat for 1 minute
4. Use low heat to fry until cooked, then turn on high heat and fry for 30 seconds to release the oil. Remove the ribs, drain the oil, and let cool
5. Put the white sugar, white rice vinegar, and tomato sauce into the pot, add 2 tablespoons of water, and boil into a thick sweet and sour sauce< /p>
6. Put the cooled ribs into the pot, add bell peppers, stir-fry evenly, and dip each piece of ribs into the sweet and sour sauce. Shredded green peppers and potatoes
Food: Potato 2 One each, one green and red pepper, two halves of garlic, a small amount of coriander, and salt.
Method:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, then cut them into shreds and put them into a basin to wash off the starch, then pick them up and drain.
2. Cut the green and red peppers into shreds, cut the garlic into slices, and cut the coriander into sections and set aside.
3. Boil water in a pot, add shredded fried potatoes, blanch them and pour out the water.
4. Add oil to the pot, add garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
5. Pour in the fried shredded potatoes, add green and red pepper, salt, rice vinegar seasoning, turn up the heat and stir-fry quickly.
6. Just add a little coriander according to personal preference
