Practice: First, wash the picked mustard with clear water, and put the washed mustard on a clean floor for a day until the leaves become soft and the water becomes less. Then put the mustard on the plate and sprinkle with salt, not too much. Sprinkle with salt and knead by hand until the stems are soft and the leaves are hydrated.
Dried plums soaked in warm water:
Generally, dried plums are directly soaked in warm water, which can not only reduce the soaking time, but also remove the stains of dried plums. First, rinse the prunes, then put warm water into the basin, and soak the cleaned prunes in warm water for about 20 minutes.
If the time is too long, it is useless to cool the dried prunes with water. Soaking dried prunes with warm water can shorten the soaking time, and harmful substances contained in dried prunes will also fall off. It doesn't mean that you can't use cold water or hot water directly, but it takes a long time to soak dried plums in cold water, and it takes at least two times to soak them completely. If hot water is used, the nutrients of dried plums will be destroyed, so the cooked plums will be cooked.
